Five reasons for tripping of linear vibrating screen during operation
1、 The power supply of the vibrating screen vibration motor is short circuited and aging;
2、 The wires of the vibration motor are damaged and there is a leakage phenomenon;
3、 Bearing damage or lack of oil jamming, resulting in load tripping;
4、 The magnetic circuit performance of the vibration motor decreases, resulting in excessive current;
5、 The capacity of the air switch and current protector of the vibration motor does not match or is aging.
