Performance and Application of ZKS Mining Vibration Screen:

The ZKS mining vibrating screen consists of a vibrating motor, screen body, screen mesh, vibration reduction device, and seat frame. This series of vibrating screens uses a new energy-saving vibration motor as the vibration source. Two identical vibration motors are fixed on the screen box and rotate in opposite directions in self synchronization. The eccentric block carried by the vibration motor generates a centrifugal force component at each instantaneous position during rotation, which oscillates back and forth in the throwing direction. The entire screen body supported on the vibration reduction device oscillates periodically in the direction of the excitation force. The material moves in a parabolic direction on the screen surface in a straight line. After the material falls into the screen from the feeding end, it quickly advances and loosens the screen to complete the screening operation, and matches the screen mesh reasonably to achieve the purpose of screening.
