1、 Product Overview:
A vibration mill uses the excitation torque generated by the eccentric block on the transmission shaft to cause high-frequency vibration of the cylinder (with a vibration intensity of 3-10g, where g is the acceleration due to gravity), relying on the strong impact and grinding effect of the grinding medium to crush the material; In the 1960s, countries such as Germany, Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom began producing vibration mills of different types and specifications. China has been developing and producing the ZM series vibration grinder since the 1970s. Currently, the ZM series vibration grinder produced by our factory is a new generation of products developed on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign technologies.
2、 Working principle:
The ZM series vibration mill consists of main components such as grinding cylinder, exciter, support spring, drive motor, and soundproof cover. The driving motor drives the eccentric block in the exciter to rotate through a flexible coupling, thereby generating periodic excitation force and causing high-frequency vibration of the grinding cylinder of the mill on the supporting spring. The grinding cylinder is equipped with a grinding medium (rod or ball), which is strongly ejected, impacted, and rotated (self rotation and revolution) by the vibration of the mill. The material entering the cylinder is quickly crushed and ground by the impact and grinding of the grinding medium, and gradually moves towards the discharge port with the balance of the material surface, and then discharged from the mill to become the grinding product.
