Basic Structure of QS Series Airflow Screen:
The airflow screen and gas-solid separation dust removal device form a closed-loop screening system. The host is an air flow powder screening machine, and the closed shell of the screening body is equipped with a vertical circular cylindrical screen mesh; The inner side of the screen has a circular wind turbine, which is driven to rotate by an electric motor mounted on the base; The upper part of the screen shell is equipped with a feeding hopper and a coarse screen, and the lower part is equipped with a slag discharge port; The motor is connected to the spindle via a belt; The lower opening of the wind turbine hopper forms a feeding gap. The gas-solid separation and dust removal device consists of an induced draft fan, a settling chamber, and a dust removal bag. The airflow screen is connected to the separation and dust removal device by a plastic corrugated hose.
