一、 Introduction to Cement Sieve
The YDS series cement sieve produced by our factory is the first of its kind in China. This product adopts German HAFR technology, with a unique and innovative structure that breaks the traditional design scheme. The vibration force is directly driven by the vibration source to reduce the weight of the whole machine by about 1/3 and save 1/2 of the power. It is one of the most outstanding products among all vibrating screens. This vibrating screen can be used to screen out foreign objects in cement, lime, gypsum, and similar bulk materials to ensure the safe operation of conveying and packaging equipment and improve the quality of cement leaving the factory.
二、 Characteristics of cement sieve
1. The machine has a compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, good slag discharge, smooth operation, and uses a specially designed vibration motor to directly drive the screen mesh to work.
2. The mesh structure woven with 65 manganese steel wire is simple, easy to maintain, and durable. The mesh aperture is 4mm × 4mm, 5mm × 5mm, or 4mm × 6mm (various aperture sizes can also be customized according to user needs).
3. The energy-saving effect is significant compared to rotary screens (saving about 80% of electricity).
