Lubricating grease is added to the bearing chamber through the oil nozzle with an oil gun. Fill the bearing chamber with 3S composite calcium based grease, but not too much. The amount of grease should not exceed 1/3-2/3 of the bearing chamber volume. The high temperature of the bearing must not exceed 75 ℃.Regularly inspect the screened products, and replace the mesh in a timely manner if the screened particles exceed the size limit;The vibration motor should be maintained every six months. If it operates continuously for three months, lubricating grease should be added once.
