Product Introduction
The drum screen is connected to the drum device through a coupling by an electric motor and a reducer, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. By using a variable speed reduction system to rotate the screening cylinder at a certain speed, the material is separated from top to bottom through the screening cylinder. Fine material is discharged from the lower front end of the drum screen, and coarse material is discharged from the lower tail end of the screening cylinder. Due to the flipping and rolling of materials inside the drum, materials stuck in the sieve holes can be ejected to prevent blockage of the sieve holes. The drum screen operates slowly and evenly during use, with minimal impact and vibration, stable operation, simple installation, and no need for specialized foundations. The installation has a small tilt angle and is not easily blocked. It can be directly placed on a flat ground or floor slab and under the silo. This machine is easy to seal and collect dust, requires minimal maintenance, is easy to maintain, and has a long service life.
