Working principle of linear vibrating screenThe DZSF series linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up and jumps or moves forward in a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. Suitable for screening various dry powder or granular materials with particle size between 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 7%, and no viscosity. If a dedicated foundation is not built, anti vibration rubber plates should be laid between the workbench and the equipment base, and a safe and reliable grounding protection wire must be provided for the equipment before use.Attention: After the equipment is installed in place, the device used to fix the screen body and machine base during transportation must be removed before starting up.After the installation of the new screening machine, it should be inspected according to the following requirements:1. Check the insulation resistance of the vibration motor winding to ground. If it is less than 20M Ω, it must be dried before use.2. The springs on the upper and lower spring rings of the screen body and machine base should be completely vertically embedded in the spring rings to ensure the balance of the screen body. The vibrating part of the screen machine should not have any hard connection or contact with other objects outside the machine.3. Close the power switch, confirm that the vibration motor rotates synchronously in reverse, and perform 10-20 minutes of idle running. If there is any abnormal sound during the operation of the equipment, it should be quickly shut down for inspection and handling. After the equipment is running normally, a small amount of material that needs to be screened can be fed into the screening machine through the feeding port. Confirm that the material is moving towards the discharge port direction, and then gradually increase to the required and tolerable feeding amount.4. When screening materials, the materials should be evenly fed into the inlet to ensure even distribution on the screening surface. When the material falls, there should be no significant impact to avoid damaging the sieve. In special circumstances (such as large differences in material particle size, high material density, etc.), a thicker sieve should be added to the feed inlet as a buffer.5. Users can increase or decrease the vibration force of the screening machine according to the number of layers and the specific gravity of the material (by adjusting the angle between the eccentric weights at both ends of the vibration motor to increase or decrease the vibration force), so that the screening machine can achieve the best screening effect.6. When the equipment is shut down, it generates a momentary resonance zone, during which the amplitude and noise will significantly increase, which is a normal phenomenon. Before starting and stopping the equipment, there should be no residual material on the screen surface. The screen mesh should be checked regularly for tension and damage, and if there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.
